Job Description

As a critical HR Services provider, the role plays a vital part in driving initiatives to agreed standards across business units while ensuring compliance with local legislation. This position works closely with Global CoEs, HR Shared Services, and HR Operations to deliver outstanding and end-to-end HR services to colleagues and business leaders.

The role collaborates with Strategic HR Business Partners to gather and forecast local requirements, manage project demand, and plan employee relations activities. They serve as a primary contact for employee relations, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage proactive relationship improvements. The position also includes delivering Case Management services, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance and policies, and data and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Able to efficiently manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to HR operational excellence and enhancing employee experiences.
  • Expertise in employment law and continuous learning.
  • Good working knowledge of global HR standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. They must be able to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement change initiatives.
