Expert Service Delivery Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous growth. This key role actively supports Business Unit leadership in driving excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective communication with clients to manage service delivery according to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintenance of process documentation, updating it promptly to reflect changes and improvements.
- Strategic planning and operational management through end-to-end analysis and review of process documents.
- Support for new team member training and development, promoting consistent growth and performance.
- Review of overall staff performance to ensure targets for attrition and shrinkage control are met.
- Preparation and maintenance of management/operational reports, monitoring process Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and dashboard metrics.
- Experience in ED Profee & Facility coding.
- Certification as a coder from AAPC or AHIMA.
- Proven team handling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
