About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Operations Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in relevant field, with a proven track record of success in handling delivery of assignments for large enterprise clients.
  • A strong communicator and skilled listener, the successful candidate will possess subject matter expertise in developing delivery methods and solutions for critical or large assignments.
  • With a keen eye for detail and a talent for budgeting, planning and organising operations, this individual will be instrumental in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
  2. Team Management: Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to direct reports to ensure their success.

  • Proven track record of success in front-ending client engagements and managing teams.
