**Job Title:** Operations Director

 

**About the Role:

As an Operations Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and direct cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations managers, supervisors, and analysts to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

 

**Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled operations director who possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 15+ years of strong operational/project/program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required in business management, engineering, e-finance, chargeback or related field experience, master's degree a plus.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with employees and business partners, the ability to build consensus and achieve goals through influence versus direct line authority.
  • Extremely strong call center management experience is essential to be a success in this role.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
  • Familiarity with BFSI process / US payment regulations.
  • Ability to work with different data sets for different clients from different industries. Ability to work in UK/US shifts.
