Job Title: Senior Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Director to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team spread across different locations, with multiple clients in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive long-term talent engagement, succession planning, development, and retention.
  • Create an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture within the team.
  • Provide value-based leadership and serve as a role model in practicing MERIT (AGS values).
  • Design and execute delivery systems to create Best-in-Class Client Experience.
  • Meet/Exceed Client SLAs consistently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in US Healthcare (RCM - AR Operations/End-to-End RCM) Experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Dental billing/Hospital billing.
