We are seeking a seasoned Network Operations Director to join our team. This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a strong track record of delivering high-quality network services while growing revenue and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of network services to meet customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Lead a team of network operations professionals to drive performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on client strategies and priorities

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in managing network services delivery, including back-office operations
  • Strong understanding of network services, service fulfillment, service assurance, inventory, provisioning, and closed-loop automation
  • Domain knowledge in one or more core telco domains (wireline/fibre, SD-WAN/SASE, 5G)
  • Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget, and quality
  • Experience leading a team and driving team performance, as well as managing internal stakeholders

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 CSPs across Europe/UK/North America region
  • Pre-sales/solutioning expertise

About the Role:

This leader will be responsible for building and managing large teams in the network services domain, owning customer satisfaction, and ensuring zero-defect delivery culture. They will contribute to network service practice development, including new enablers, solutions, and go-to-market strategies.
