We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to manage the front desk and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone or email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, and order front office supplies
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodations, and keep updated records of office expenses
Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education
  • 1 year of total work experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone skills, verbal communication, and listening skills
  • Professionalism, customer focus, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Teamwork and informing others
