Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead guest services and front office operations at a premium eco-luxury resort in North Goa. The role requires expertise in IDS PMS, strong leadership, and a guest-first mindset to ensure exceptional service, efficient operations, and enhanced guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front office operations: reception, reservations, concierge, bell desk.
  • Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out, VIP handling, and complaint resolution.
  • Use IDS PMS for room allocation, billing, reservations, and guest profiles.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Spa, F&B, and Engineering for seamless service.
  • Monitor and optimize occupancy, ARR, and RevPAR in coordination with Sales & Revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team; manage rosters and appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with guest registration requirements, including C-Forms.
  • Track guest feedback, online reviews, and implement improvement plans.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and revenue.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 57 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in luxury resorts/hotels.
  • Proficiency in IDS PMS essential.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Goa hospitality market preferred.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
