Front Office Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors.

  • This key position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to greet guests warmly and professionally, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a neat and organized front desk area, schedule appointments or reservations as required, and coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail is necessary to maintain daily logs, visitor records, and front desk documentation.
  • Additionally, this role involves handling guest complaints or escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude are also essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and front desk systems (e.g., WINHMS) is desirable.
