A successful Front Office Manager/Asst Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest service and revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and are well looked after throughout their stay.
  • The Front Office Manager/Asst Front Office Manager will also be responsible for managing the front office team, providing coaching and training to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including room inventory and occupancy levels, and will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • In addition to their operational responsibilities, the Front Office Manager/Asst Front Office Manager will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective yield management and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Responsible and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Patient and responsive in dealing with guests and team members.
  • Familiar with computer systems and able to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English to meet business needs.
