Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience in system monitoring, performance optimization, and database management.
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration or related field.
  • 15 years full-time education is required, with a focus on computer science, engineering, or related fields.
