System Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled System Support Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and resolving system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and performing independently to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

This role involves troubleshooting software-related challenges, documenting processes and solutions, and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance using relevant tools, analyzing metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of application support processes.

  • Proficiency in Workday Studio is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
  • Good experience in core integration studio is preferred.
