The Role:

As a Strategic Business Partner – Founder's Office, you will work closely with the founder, contributing to strategic projects, data-driven decision-making, and business-critical operations. This role demands exceptional numerical proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver insights that drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the founder and senior management.
  • Assist in business planning, performance tracking, and financial modeling.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Manage and execute special projects as assigned by the founder.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in startups or working in a high-growth environment is a plus.
