Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning and onboarding. This role collaborates closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develops effective hiring strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diverse sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Fostering strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
  • Enhancing employer branding initiatives to increase the organization's visibility in the talent market
  • Evaluating and optimizing recruitment processes for compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Analyzing key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Mentoring and leading a team of recruiters, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent in Human Resources
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/Services sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRMS platforms and job portals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
