Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven professional to lead our Centre of Excellence in Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of PPC best practices, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing high-performing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign performance and achieve client goals.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights to track campaign progress and demonstrate ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and leading the vertical successfully.
  • Strong understanding of PPC best practices, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
