Event Partnerships Specialist

This role is focused on developing and executing strategies to secure event partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. The Event Partnerships Specialist will identify, pursue, and close key sponsorship opportunities that drive revenue and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong relationship-building skills, with experience in partnership development and management. They will be responsible for researching potential partners, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining open communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Sponsorship Sales and Management:

  • Identify and pursue high-value sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to meet business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and shortlist potential sponsors
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations
  • Manage sponsorship sales pipeline and track progress
  • Maintain accurate records of sponsor interactions and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales and partnership development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
