Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a Prompt Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into clear and effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). You will collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to integrate key data sources and leverage user feedback and performance metrics to refine prompt strategies.

In this role, you will establish and manage a centralized prompt repository with governance and traceability. You will develop and deliver training sessions to equip teams with prompt engineering skills and identify and deploy tools to automate prompt generation and refinement.

You will work closely with investment, operations, and AI teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Your ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions will be essential in driving innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering, AI development, or related LLM-based roles.
  • Minimum of three years of Python development and scripting experience.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt optimization, and enterprise integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in financial services or asset management (highly advantageous)
