Procurement Executive Job Description

The role of a Procurement Executive involves sourcing and acquiring raw materials and laboratory consumables for esteemed clients in the dyes manufacturing industry. This position requires expertise to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and place purchase orders for raw materials and laboratory consumables.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy in product cost, payment terms, product information, and delivery information.
  • Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for order finalization and import raw materials through ocean freight.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams to place orders as per weekly and monthly raw material planning.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience as a Procurement Executive in Chemicals/Pharma industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in M.Com or MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization preferred.

The salary range for this role is ₹3,500,000 - ₹4,500,000 Per Annum.
