Furniture Industry Expansion Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to drive the growth of our furniture business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to expand our market share.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering portfolio presentations, and closing new business deals
- Managing a strong sales pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and positioning the company as an industry leader
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sectors. An MBA is a plus. Key requirements include:
- Strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Google Suite
- A self-motivated, strategic thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
