Strategic Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our modular furniture products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Pursue new business opportunities in the modular furniture market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers in the industry
- Provide consultation on suitable modular furniture solutions to meet client requirements
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the modular furniture industry
- Strong network of contacts in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
