**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our modular furniture products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Pursue new business opportunities in the modular furniture market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers in the industry
  • Provide consultation on suitable modular furniture solutions to meet client requirements
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the modular furniture industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
