Job Purpose

To support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Top Management in realizing the business objectives of the GMR Group with effective managerial, analytical skills, and key stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of integrated strategy, process, and execution plan
  • Coordination with all Functional Heads
  • Driving Business Initiatives towards common objectives
  • Managing key stakeholders, including Lenders, Authority, Construction & Business Partners
  • Market Intelligence, Monitoring, Analysis, and briefing Business heads on updates on external stakeholders & business sector
Accountabilities
  • Support CEO for Management Control
  • Facilitate management review
  • Facilitate analytical/decision support
  • Execution of special projects
  • Key internal/external stakeholder management
  • Strategic and Annual Operating Plan Framework
  • Project planning and monitoring
  • Performance monitoring, review, and control

Financial Dimensions

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling/valuation and project construction/management skills.

Other Dimensions

Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis. Should have vision, strategic capabilities, and a long-term focus, including business acumen and target- and result-oriented approach.

Education Qualifications

B.E + MBA from reputed Institutions.

Relevant Experience

Around 15+ years of experience in similar roles in strategy/planning function at large infrastructure organization.
