We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Human Resources Manager to spearhead end-to-end payroll processes for our corporate, retail, and third-party contractual employees.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all HR statutory and labor law compliances are diligently met in our fast-paced and high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in employee lifecycle management and have a proven track record of driving employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to key business functions—corporate and retail.
  • Drive employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll for Corporate employees, Retail employees, and 3rd party payroll employees.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for accurate and timely disbursement.
  • Validate salary inputs: attendance, LOP, new joiners, exits, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Handle payroll reconciliation and ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
  • Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure documentation and filings are up to date.
  • Conduct internal HR audits and documentation reviews.
  • Maintain HR records in line with compliance requirements.
">Qualifications:">
  • Possess an MBA in HR / PGDHRM or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks efficiently.
  • Be proficient in Google Workspace/ Google Sheets.
  • Showcase the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
