Job Title:

Chief Theatre Operations Executive

About the Role:

The Chief Theatre Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of theatre operations, including staff management, customer service, box office performance, concessions, technical coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results, enhance customer satisfaction, increase ticket sales, and improve overall theatre performance.
  • Maintain a strong leadership presence and effective team management skills to achieve key objectives.
  • Manage cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software) to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, emphasizing continuous improvement and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Prior experience working in a similar field is mandatory. A Bachelor's /Post graduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or similar field is preferred.
  • MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software).
  • Basic understanding of projection and AV systems is an advantage.
