Job Title: Sr. Corporate HR

Location: Jaipur – Remote

Shift Timing: UK Shift- 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST

Note: Candidate must be located in Jaipur

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Sr. Corporate HR professional to join our team.

This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Employee Attendance Records: Ensure accuracy in timesheets by monitoring employee attendance records.
  • Administer Payroll: Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain Leave Management Systems: Update leave management systems to ensure fair and consistent policy implementation.
  • Handle Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Prepare HR Reports: Share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  • Support HR Operations: Assist with end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive Offer Rollouts: Draft, release, and track offer letters to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills-
  • Bachelor's Degree: In HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
