Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. As a key member of our voice process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering client calls and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying and escalating potential issues or concerns
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience in an international BPO (voice process or email chat)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work from office
  • Relieving/resignation acceptance documents mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fresher - B.sc, B.com, BBA, MBA, MCom, BCA 2024 & 2025 (only can apply)
  • *No Backlogs*
