Customer Service Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer interactions and ensuring excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

As a Voice Process Professional, you will be accountable for driving team performance metrics, such as service level, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and coaching a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Additionally, you will ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and procedures, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Experience in a team lead or supervisory role in a voice process or customer service environment is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role

Skills required include strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
