Voice Process Customer Service Representative

This is a customer service job where you will be working with clients to resolve their issues. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically to resolve complex issues.
You must also have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a team-based role and you will be working closely with other members of the team to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Working collaboratively with other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role in a voice process or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
- Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
