Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our international voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and team leads, driving team performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients via voice and written communication, manage multiple client queries at once, utilize workflow tools to manage workload, and contribute to team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication and discussions using internal systems.
  • Utilize available knowledge tools to ensure correct processes and ask the right questions at the right time.
  • Support or seek support from other internal teams to resolve client queries.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and exceed expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role in a voice process or customer service environment
