Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand our network of distributors and stockists in South Asia and Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG buyers and suppliers to drive business growth.
- Manage market spendings (trade activations) and ROI to optimize sales performance.
- Travel to export markets as required to establish new business opportunities.
- Oversee the management of distributors across Asia and/or Africa to ensure effective distribution channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B business and sales order cycle.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI.
- Strong knowledge of EXIM laws and regulations.
- Well-connected with FMCG buyers and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with GM and director levels.
- Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs (new products developments), new product launch, JBP (joint business planning), distribution management/KPIs, channel management.
