Job Title: Export Sales Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled export sales specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG (food) industry, with experience in private label manufacturing, sales target management, and market expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing distributors across Asia and Africa, and traveling to export markets as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle, with at least 5 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy, primary and secondary sales, and managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analytical skills, problem-solving, initiative thinking, cross-functional team work, communication and influencing skills, and proficiency in MS and reporting systems.
- Qualifications: Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs (new products developments), new product launch, JBP (joint business planning), distribution management/KPIs, channel management, and consumer and in-store shoppers insights/trending analysis.
