Job Title: Export Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our export sales strategy in the FMCG industry.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EXIM laws and regulations, as well as excellent knowledge of market expansions, new product developments, and distribution management. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand our network of distributors and stockists across South Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies.
  • Manage market spendings, ROI, and budgeting, financials, and value chain models.
  • Travel to export markets upon requirement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales forecast accuracy primary and secondary sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing market spendings (trade activations) and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of EXIM laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced level in MS and reporting systems.
