As a key player in our Export Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing exports receivable. This involves following up on overdue amounts, reducing debtor days, and achieving collection targets.

You will also be involved in payment term rationalization and balance confirmations/accounts reconciliations. Additionally, you will contribute to cash management by coordinating with finance and logistics departments to ensure timely receipt of bills of lading and payments.

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other statutory regulations. You will track invoices from sales orders to payment, coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, and resolve audit queries.

You will also be responsible for contract finalization related to exports business, including ECGC insurance coverage for unsecured debtors. Moreover, you will monitor and control exports operations of group/associate companies, find ways to do business with challenging markets/countries, and ensure compliance on country level regarding settlement of claims, alloy surcharge, variable freight, etc.

The ideal candidate should have strong system controls and MIS, SAP skills.
