We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Specialist to lead our Corporate Gifting Company.
Job Summary: As the Branch Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue goals and expand market share.
- Pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within designated regions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt our offerings and strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns and events.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance the branch's visibility and network with potential clients.
Financial Management:
- Manage the branch's financial resources to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
