Testing and tweaking are the bread and butter of any campaign's success.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development by identifying and converting qualified leads in the digital marketing space. Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, content marketing, etc.) to prospective clients. Understand client goals and challenges and craft tailored solutions and proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of mid to high-ticket clients. Negotiate and close deals with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.

Maintain regular follow-ups and build lasting client relationships for renewals and upsells. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.

RequirementsMust-have: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and performance metrics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
