Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, particularly in cross-border trade and digital marketing. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • a) Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • b) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign development.
  • d) Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • e) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
