Job Title : Senior Business Finance Specialist

Strictly for candidates with experience in SME banking and DSA handling.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or an MBA with experience in private banking and NBFC.
  • A solution-seeking mindset and clear communication skills.
  • An extensive network of DSAs, NBFCs, bankers, and clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SME & Mid Corporate/Business banking in Unsecured Lending with Private banks/NBFCs. They should be able to manage the Unsecured Lending Division.

The role involves:

  • Origination and sanctioning of Unsecured Debt Funding Deals for MSMEs and SMEs.
  • Developing a network of private bankers/NBFC lenders.
  • Liaising and coordinating the sanction process.
  • Implementing effective business development practices for deal origination across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will receive:
