Job Summary

We are hiring a business development professional with strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role involves end-to-end sales cycle management, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing client accounts. Candidates with experience in B2C/B2B sales, target achievement, and CRM usage will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Acquisition & Engagement Build strong relationships with prospective customers, understand requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos Deliver impactful presentations highlighting product/service value.
  • Negotiation & Closure Negotiate terms and pricing and finalize contracts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, and upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Sales Pipeline & CRM Track opportunities in CRM software, follow up with leads, and ensure timely conversions.
  • Market Analysis Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve overall sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales/business development/client acquisition/corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
