Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions. This includes leading recruitment efforts, championing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and implement them to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive working environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee growth and development.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide opportunities for professional growth.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
