Account Manager - Client Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 5-10 high-value client accounts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients' leadership teams.
  • Cultivate effective communication channels between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of clients' evolving needs, IT roadmaps, and business goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each account's unique dynamics and key stakeholders.
  • Pursue opportunities for partnership growth, revenue expansion, and new market capture.
  • Develop tailored pitches to showcase relevant services.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging markets through go-to-market strategy development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, closely monitoring timelines and quality metrics.
  • Present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting account milestones, objectives, and quarterly initiatives.
