Lead Technical Accounting Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by leading our Technical Accounting team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality technical accounting advisory services.

About the Role
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders;
  • Working with other Partners and Directors to deliver strategic projects;
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing support on practice management initiatives;
  • Actively participating in business development activities and contributing to proposal development;
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services to meet engagement expectations;
  • Supervising and mentoring team members to ensure their continued growth and development;
  • Staying up-to-date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • A sound understanding of accounting concepts and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex client situations;
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in technical accounting/financial reporting;
  • A proven track record of leading teams and developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels;
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple engagements and deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
