Account-Based Marketing Operations Specialist

Are you an expert in streamlining operations and optimizing performance? We seek a skilled Account-Based Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Lead efforts in translating go-to-market strategies into operational systems using modern RevOps tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to streamline CRM workflows, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to troubleshoot campaign underperformance.
  • Execute account-based marketing strategies focused on driving new business and expanding existing revenue in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to shortlist target accounts, map pain points, and operationalize ABM plans.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or SaaS industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make or comparable technical tools.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to account segments and company size.
  • An affinity for learning complex products and strong technical aptitude generally.
  • Excellent analytical thinking—ability to identify conversion gaps and optimize based on data signals.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of Revenue operations.
