Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to create and maintain high-quality product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.

  • The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in technical writing within these fields, preferably with DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge and an educational background in computer science.
  • A strong understanding of networking, telecom, or contact center concepts and technologies is essential for this role.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are required for success in this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive technical documentation for products and services.
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and requirements.
  • Implementing documentation standards and processes to drive efficiency and quality.
Requirements
