Job Title: Network Technical Resource

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a structured documentation framework within Confluence. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a conventions framework for documenting network details in Confluence.
  • Create standardized templates for site documentation, runbooks, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and ease of access.
  • Collaborate with the network team to gather data, understand site-specific details, and accurately represent the current network state.
  • Pilot the documentation process on a subset of sites, serving as an example and training model for the team to follow for remaining and new sites.
