Job Title: Network Operations Center Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Center Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our NOC, you will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network operations with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently. You will work closely with other IT teams to coordinate responses to complex network issues and participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 network support coverage.

  • Primary Skills:
  • Network monitoring - Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix
  • Network protocols - TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP
  • Security tools - firewalls, IDS/IPS
  • Secondary Skill:
  • Windows and Linux environments, Python /Bash/PowerShell, Cloud Technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports
