Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Specialist

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Infrastructure Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our global event production fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute proactive maintenance projects, configure and document broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
  • Resolve and root cause analysis of issues escalated from other teams.
  • Identify patterns in technical issues and develop solutions to ensure consistent fleet operations.
  • Utilize scripting to develop efficient methods to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures.
  • Coordinate with partner services and client teams to provide global support.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming and broadcast technologies including IP based video, audio, control and lighting systems.
  • Proficiency in IT system administration of Windows and Linux based systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise level network switches & routers.
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network and control.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation & project proposals.
