Flame Retardant Chemicals Sales and Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the expansion of our flame retardant chemicals into various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing BD Strategy: Create and implement a tailored business development plan to capitalize on opportunities in the plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics sectors.
  • Customer Identification and Engagement: Identify and build relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors across these industries.
  • Collaboration and Product Positioning: Work closely with internal technical teams to position our products effectively.
  • Sales Growth and Pricing Strategy: Drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies to remain competitive.
  • Market Trend Analysis and Customer Needs: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor landscape.
  • Order Fulfillment and After-Sales Support: Ensure seamless coordination from sampling to order finalization and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals.
  • Technical Skills and Market Mapping: Strong understanding of technical aspects, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
