We are seeking a dynamic business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our online luxury business.

As Business Manager, you will shape our business strategy across channels, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement to elevate our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development, analyzing key performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance, developing strategies for expansion and future development.
  • Guide product creation and pricing mix, overseeing advertising and promotional activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads, liaising with external agencies as necessary.
  • Review performance on KPIs: performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.

You will partner with 500+ brand principals, driving business based on market research and past performance. Define our unique value proposition and position us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment, providing mentorship and coaching to team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, crafting compelling brand narratives and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
