Category Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our product categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Category Management: Oversee P&L, revenue management, inventory planning and control, assortment strategy and sales planning, cross-functional collaboration
  • Profitability Ownership: Plan pricing, discounts and margins aligned with growth targets, identify growth levers and monitor revenue performance
  • Demand Forecasting: Use data, seasonality and trends to forecast demand, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and dead stock, partner with sourcing and production for timely replenishments
  • Collection Development: Build collections that align with customer demand and brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters and collections, track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through
  • Collaboration: Work with design on seasonal directions and briefs, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce for launches and visibility, share insights and reports with the team and leadership
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in category management, buying or merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, sharp eye for product, pricing and consumer trends in apparel
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders, marketplace experience (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.) is a plus
