Senior Credit Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

The role of the Senior Credit Strategist will be to manage and strategize on end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring of portfolio of personal loans through digital journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement policies for credit underwriting and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, credit reporting agencies, and internal teams.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in credit underwriting and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving credit underwriting and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Senior Credit Strategist, you will need to have:

  • Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, or Management from a reputable institution.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
  • Work Experience: At least 7 years of experience in risk management and policy creation, with 3-4 years in a senior role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
