Senior Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Executive Leader to oversee large-scale portfolios in the Banking and Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely completion, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, build strong relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor, and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Business Development: Lead sales activities, drive portfolio growth, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and participate in RFP responses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams of professionals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Prior experience in Sales and business development, including successful client engagements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.
